    Yes, A customer of mine had one on a 496 with the Edelbrock heads and a hyd. roller cam.The part number he used was #8550.It idled very well.The cam had 230 degree's at .050.The engine was never dynoed but it made around 500 we guessed.It would start just as soon as you hit the key.
