Hey I just joined and i must say its a cool site. I recently saw a 1954 Chevy Coupe and fell in love with the old skool rides. Im looking for a 1950's Chevy Coupe to build. If you got one or know where one is drop me a line. If you know a good place to start, let me know!!!!

If you have any sweet pics send them my way too!

Hey Eddie, friend of mine has a nice '51 Coupe with a 235 six in it, he also has the original motor for the car. Is it ok to pass along your interest and e-mail address to him?? He's not on this forum, so I always like to ask before I give out someone else's e-mail address. Let me know.

Smoke_Eater, welcome to the boards first off. Go check on www.ebay.com and look for cars in your area, also look in www.collectorcartraderonline.com
www.hotrodhotline.com has cars for sale as well.
The best thing to do I think is go and hang out with some older guys at hot rod meets, shows, etc in your area and talk to them and tell them what you are looking for. Most likely they have what you need. And I do mean MOST likely. I wen't to the local rod meet one night and a guy I know asked for a Vette rear end 3 minutes after we got outta the car and the first guy we asked knew where to get one real cheap.
I don't know your area or nothing so can't tell you where one is around you but hopefully those sites and the info will help you out.

Eddie, I will be seeing Bart later today and have him email you some pics and info on his coupe, it's in very nice shape, runs like a top.
