Model A Project wanted
Hello!
I'm looking for an unrestored, complete car. Or, An older restoration that needs to be redone . Or, A restoration (no rods please) project that someone has lost interest in. The closer to NY state the better. Thanks for your help.
Serious responses only please.
Thanks,
Rob

Thanks Bill.
I would have liked to see the other sarcastic post. Not really clear on why it was warranted though.
Guess I'll look elsewhere

Rob I knew Bill would remove my sarcastic remarks. he always does. It wasn't that bad. I just thought it odd that you call yourself Racing Rob but were looking for a stock Model A. I did follow up right away with a serious post though. My Abone is more of a parts car than a project but don't go away mad. There may be someone on here with a better car that's too nice to hot rod." Im gone'

RacingRob is a nickname I was given many years ago when I raced motocross.
I use it on all the forums I visit.
I probably wouldn't have gotten my feathers ruffled if I had actually read your reply.
But reading Bills comment made me wonder what you might have written.
No harm no foul.
Thanks for clarifying

Rob.
It's not easy to be serious when i'm overtired and had a few beers.
I made a referrence to the Model T pig races. That's where you race a in an open car while holding a pig. When you get to the halfway point you have to make a three point turn and race back to the start line. The turn is where the fun happens and the race is won or lost." Im gone'

Pig races
If the Discovery Channel gets wind of Model T pig races maybe they'll use it to replace "American Hot Rod".
I can only hope!

I usually avoid answering newbies if their questions amuse me. I'm blaming Otto for this one. I told him I'd drink a twelve pack for him. I'll do whatever I can to support our troops in Iraq.
I only made it to ten but I finished the other two for lunch." Im gone'

Hey Rob, I found this in the CHR gallery. It was posted in December. It might still be available. It's not completely stock but could be put back to original. http://www.clubhotrod.com/photopost/...php?photo=4199" Im gone'

That's a great price!
It's a bit too far for me though. I really don't want to buy a car like this sight unseen. I'm confident I can find one in the Northeast.
Thanks for the heads up!
