Just the fact that I am begining to hear from you all that there "are" mercs in Canada is still enough to keep me motivated towards owning one some time in my life. Hopefully next year I can begin thinking more seriuosly about it.
You can own a merc', a '49 'merc for less than 20 bucks, Revelle makes a plastic model kit of a '49 Merc for around 13.00, if you cannot find it at your local hobby store or other such stores that sell plastic models, they are available on the internet on many, hobbiest supply websites.
