For a power window conversion, I would start looking at the Mustang specific sites, where they do all kinds of upgrades for the classic pony car. One is Mustang Depot - Classic Mustang Power Window Conversion-Free Shipping but there are a bunch of them out there. I don't know if you're looking at a mandatory swap to new regulators, or if someone makes a kit to power the old manual crank regulators, but the Mustang sites will know, and will be happy to take your money!
