I would contact the zone office of the manufacturer. If the bag blew a sewn seam, the thread strength could affect the deployment timing of the bag which is critical to the effectiveness of the system. Usually, the bag tears a scored seam in a molded part (like the steering wheel bag cover). There is probably a service bulletin on repair of a deployed bag. CAREFUL! A new bag is very dangerous and can seriously harm you if the bag goes off. As I remember, a steering wheel bag has the capability of lifting 20 lbs 20 feet into the air. Follow all of the manufacturer's procedures.
