I am not too sure, but I would be interested to see if anyone has experience using them. I am more interested in cooled seats for hot summer days with no AC, but plan to install a kit that has both. I am ok with using perforated leather like how these 97camaro seats came if necessary.
I've got heated seats in my Suburban but I ain't got any Glycol running thru them.
Got a pair of heated and cooled seats in the wife's lincoln and they are nice and comfy. Don't know about aftermarket kits but the salvage yard could yield you some nice stuff that is for sure.
I have heated seats in my 32 roadster, I took them out of a BMW, they are excellent on a cold morning.
Aside from the seats, you guys got a project link of what you did to install them??.Climate controls ect??.Sure would like to see some details.
Thanks
I used WarmSeats http://www.warmseats.com/ and they came with good instructions, including how to handle needs to pentrate the pad for listing rod tie downs. Quick shipping, $80 per seat, they work great and have a three year warranty. Military vet owned company, too - bonus!
