If you have not purchased a transmission yet, you might consider a 200R4 instead of the 700. They are the exact same lentgh as your T350 and use the same drive shaft yoke. If you use the 700, you will have to have your shaft cut and get a new front yoke. In either case I believe you will have to move your rear mount. Talk to the folks at the link I gave you, they are very helpful and knowledgable.

Yes a 700 will operate without the computer from the vehicle. But you have to control "Torque Converter Lock Up" this can be done a few differant ways, 1) look for a kit from summit or jegs, 2) Wiring a switch yourself to manualy engage the TC lockup 3) Have the T/C L/U wired to instantly lock when the trans shifts 2nd gear (this is how mine operates, 3 years with 400+hp and no prob!!! ) here's a phone number for a trans shop here in buffalo,NY, he built mine for me and im sure he can help point you in the right direction.Quote:
