OK that sounds like your not getting enough trans fluid and/or not enough fluid pressure going through the valve body. This can be caused by a blocked trans fluid filter which sits at the bottom of the pan. If you had your fluid changed recantly like you said, and if it was done at a trans shop they should of changed the filter as well. Next ones the biggie, low pressure could mean a worn trans fluid pump. To test that get a pressure guage reading of the internal line pressures. If the pressure is low and is traced back to pump the only remedy for that is to pull the tranny from the car so it can be replaced or serviced.
