I recently have been having a problem with my transmission.. at first I thought maybe I just need a tranny fluid change even though I had gotten it changed not too long before.. (it's an old car). But I'm not sure. From time to time it will sound like it won't shift out of first gear, and it gets really really loud.. and as I start to slow down I can't feel anything shifting it just slowly gets more quiet.. is this a serious problem? What do you think could be causing it?
