usually i will dump a quart into it before i would install it. but, before you start it up dump about 5 quarts into it and run at idle for a couple of seconds then dump another 4 in . this should get you close enough to run it through the gears and check it on the stick."IT'S 106 MILES TO CHICAGO , WE GOT A FULL TANK OF GAS , HALF A PACK OF CIGARETTES, ITS DARK, AND WERE WEARING SUNGLASSES"

If ya view the CONTEXT of STREETS post you will notice this ---> quite a few of them in fact. It evokes a possitive lighthearted laugh, well to someone who doesnt have a deap rooted anger problem anyway. Have you thought of bringing your problem to him personally, instead of hanging it out for all of us, like yer recruiting fer an army of thin skinned retaliators. Usually these types of things can be resolved when you bring your dilema directly to the person you feel violated by and be honest about your participation. It takes a stand up person with honest intention for resolve to do the right thing, are you that kind of person?
Sorry, fer all those that have him iggy'd, this was in reply to "you know who, csf...."Last edited by Justin94117; 07-20-2004 at 11:39 AM.

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
