There should be a 4th gear pressure switch in the pan on the valve body, There are 3 different versions of this switch, 2 terminal. Normally open and Norm closed. The easiest is the Norm Open. Power wire into the trans to the lockup soleniod, Ground wire from the lockup sol to the pressure switch. This will cause lockup in 4th only
