flywheel headache please help

I am putting a 77 chevy 350 and a 91 t5 into my 84 z28. The car was origionally an auto car and am converting it to a manual tranny. I bought the tranny from a friend along with the clutch, flywheel, starter, shifter, and pedals for 400 bucks.
Heres how my day was ruined. I was ready to put on the manual flywheel, but was rocked when I saw the obvious difference in the pilot hole in the flywheel. It would not fit over my crank! And the bolt pattern was smaller. Is this because of my moter having a 2 piece rear seal and a 91 having a 1 piece? I would like to be able to use the same clutch assy because it is new. My flywheel has 153 teeth on it and my clutch disc is 10.4. Please help me out guys.

you need a old 350 fly wheel they made them in 168 tooth and 153 for cars that use the small clutch that is about all i can tell you about this

The guy you need to really talk to is one of the sponsers here on this site. His name is Mike Forte and he owns a company Fortes Parts. He specializes in manuel tranny swaps and such as that. You will find him to be a really good guy and a wealth of information. He also I am sure will have almost anything you may need and at a good price as well. Thanks guys. I ended up buying a flywheel for a 85 camaro. It has the right pilot hole, boltpattern, clutch surface and has the same amount of teeth.
I put the drivetrain in last week. Everything went pretty smooth for the most part. My only concern is that my pedals look kinda funny. The clutch is closer to the driver than the brake pedal by about 2 inches. Dont know why.

That would probably be due to bell crank and clutch fork actuating rod that you are using.

But all of the parts are from another camaro. I removed the neutral safety switch from the clutch pedal. Do you think that could be the reason?
