looking for hurst inline shifter

I'm looking for someone who has a hurst inline 4 speed shifter for sale that will work on my super T-10 four speed.

Hurst still sells them, so does Long shifters.... Seen a few used ones around but most in such sad shape it would cost as much to repair them as to buy a new shifter.
