Have a little transmission fluid dripping from the u-joint, behind the TH400 tranny. The yoke out of the tranny is dry, so I know that seal is not leaking. Can this fluid be somehow coming through the yoke?

Thanks, Denny. I'll take it apart and take a closer look. The manual shows an o-ring on the trans output shaft, just forward of the spline. Wondering if that is to seal the fluid from the yoke. Guess I should see that when I remove the drive shaft.
When there over filled they can leak trans fluid out the vent hole of the yoke .
