    I have seen more 700R4 Transmissions in the junk yard then TH350 this year . And some painted up rebuilt ones . I never had much Luck with them . And if you have one built up for a HP build . They are like $1200 bucks . But they do have that Low 3.07 first gear and the OD high gear . With the 700R4 you Could run a 3.42 rear end gear and have the best of both Low-end and top-end Power .

    but will my 427 tourque it to death? if i get one it will be a stock reman. I don't want it to go out within the next 3-4 years....
