If you are talking about the flexplate I believe they are the same. To my knowledge GM never put a flywheel on a 400sbc, they were all automatics.
no buy the right fly wheel you could put any flywheel on the 454 if it is re balance it. but you would have more money in it .you would need to put heavy metal in the crank .to make up the lack of counter weightQuote:
