Th-350 Vs Th-2004r
HI i am building a chevy 402 I am looking to get 325-350HP.
Now I am thinking on what Transmission i shud go with i have a THM-2004R and a THM-350 ill have to have either one rebuilt. i would like to run with 3.42 or 4.10 in the rear end what in your opinion would be best for my set up? it will be in a 1986 Monte Carlo and street tires. It will be 25% strip and 75% street. o and stall converter? What would be good 2,000 to 2,400? the cam is 216/216 @ .05 .544 Lift Crane Cams P/n:103062
Now what has to be beefed up on the trans? and how much dus a rebiled go for?
i don’t know much about the THM350 but I think it might be "hard core" inside I was toled it was on a blown 350 and would brake your neck. it has an ext deep pan with a plug. what and where can I get info on it to post? About it it might be an aftermarket THM350
i was just out looking at it and
it has no lock up for the converter
i found some # stamped in the side "121547357" ?
but cant fined any on the converter
Dammit, another good ol boy gone. Condolence to the family. RIP Mike
