I have a NV-4500 in my Doge with Cummins diesel. It's great for pulling your racer to the track but it takes longer to shift than some cars take to get down the track.
Smooth as glass for a truck transmission. 5th gear is a bit weak for heavily loaded diesels but no problem for gassers.
Not a car transmission. 400 pounds I think.41 Willys 350 sbc 6-71 blower t350, 9in, 4 link
