Shift Linkages
Hey everyone...new to the forum so wanted to introduce myself. I'm Brando, I'm buildin a 65 F100 Longbed
Anyway runnin into a lil sticky spot on her. The shift linkage under the truck is just some all-thread that's shot, bushings are rotted, shifter doesn't want to engage properly into the linkage like it should. I am having a hell of a time finding where I can get these parts! Anyone dealt with this?
Thanks!!

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
