I'm not an automatic tranny guy at all, but my new driver is going to have one. It's a '71 Ford pickup, 351 Windsor (stock). I currently have a C-6 installed in the truck, but with the price of fuel I am considering switching to an AOD trans. I don't plan on towing very often with it, mostly just a driver. Which tranny would I be best off with that would be the most hassle free installation as far as electronic controls go???
