    T56 tranny mount

LT1/T56 swap into my '35 ford coupe...the motor mounts are just standard 350 chevy mounts, but does anyone know of a t56 mount that will work or is it going to have to be a custom piece? thanks

coupe, I guess most of us old guys on here are so used to cobbling up custom pieces that we just take it for granted that a T56 in a '35 is gonna take some seat-of-the-pants fabricating. I'd start with this crossmember part# BTMC3540F for only $25 and drill it to accept the T56 insulator. Maybe if you call 'em up, they'll drill it for you.
