what the tran. shop said is not true. they are pulling your leg. sitting still the pan gasket is under oil anyway if you put a bigger pan on you add more oil to it so it will be full. sitting still and leaking is something leaking that's under oil, like the pan gasket, dip stick tube. where the shift lever goes through the case, if it was the front seal, it wont leak sitting still because its above the oil. i believe r pope is right about the dip stick. if its dripping off of the right side.
