What year is this TH 350 (see pic)
Hey People . Need help figuring what year this TH350 Tranny is from. Also there is a Large "HL" on the top of the bell housing and I dont know what that stands for either?? Thankyou very much Deltahomer....

Do you really need to know the year of your turbo 350? Except for the th350s with lockup torque converters, all th350s are the same, regardless of year.

Don't see a pic. But, there are serial numbers STAMPED on the trans case. These, with the proper cross reference (see Haynes trans manual) will give you the year of the trans.
350 Turbos are NOT all the same. Many differences/improvements? over the production run years. The large letters in the top of the case are just from the mold the case was formed in at the factory.
