    8.8 rear setup

I have a 65 mustang and I would like to know how hard is it to convert the rear from a 8 inch to a 8.8 from a late mustang?

In addition to Richard's comments the question comes; Why would you want to change the rear? The 8" has a number of benefits on it's own, and is used by many rodders.
