I don't have a part number for you, and since your clip is narrowed, probably nobody can give you a valid one without more info.

Here's some help though; make sure you get a rack with the tie rod pivots at the same width as your lower control arm pivots. Reference the photo below for the concept. Even though it's a front steer, the concept is the same. Not doing it that way can lead to bump steer. Once you've measured the distance between the two pivots and the spindle arm holes, call someone like Flaming River http://www.flaming-river.com/ and see what expertese they have to share, and if they make something, or know of an OEM equivalent.
