I'm building a 51 Dodge business coupe, I installed a triangulated 4 link, coil overs, and a 70 Camaro 8.5 10 bolt. It was just going to be a cruiser but now I plan on a good bit more power and a lot more tire in the rear. I guess a semi pro street build. I've been looking at 4 bar set ups and I don't really see anything that is stout enough. I would think you'd have flex with the poly ends on a wheels up launch. This will see some strip use and I don't want something that will keep you guessing on which way it'll go when it leaves the line. I've ran 4 links on drag cars, moly heim joints and so forth, how much harshness and noise would I get on the street with 1 of these? There will be insulation and carpet so that'll help, I just don't want nothing that will jar your teeth out. Anybody got any suggestions? I just want something stout and safe. I've always had strip only cars and after 4 yrs of no racing, I'd like to have something to play with.
