1968 firebird chassis
I'm looking to convert my 68 firebird to a complete rolling chassis.
I want to take my body and mount it to a complete chassis that has brakes, suspension rear end etc.
Any advice on where i can find this?

Easy enough to do, if you want your car to look like a 4X4. The Fierebird was just not designed to do this. You can however join your subframe to the rear frame section with "frame connectors" and stiffen it with a cage. That's what the pros do.

Good advice......Frame conectors are available from vendors.Chassis Engr in FL is one. They are inexpensive & once welded, the frame is stiffer.Don Meyer, PhD-Mech Engr(48 GMC Trk/chopped/cab extended/caddy fins & a GM converted Rolls Royce Silver Shadow).

Thanks guys! It's been a long road. Fun doing finishing work for sure. Getting the dash ready for paint and some interior trim. Have to do some finish work on the aluminum headliner before...
