I am working on a 1954 dodge 1/2 ton short bed truck, trying to figure which way to go for a driver, 69 camaro subframe, rear steer, 75 camaro front steer or fatmans hub to hub. Any suggestions, thanks

Mustang II style designed specifically for your truck IMO is the best way to go---a welded on subframe is little more then a bunch of used parts that may or may not end up with the correct geometry once it's welded into place.... There's more ways to do a subframe wrong then there is right....
Also, with a MII package designed for your truck you won't be rebuilding all of the front sheet metal mounts and inner structure to accommodate some subframe (which may or may not be "tweaked" a bit) it was never designed to fit.....
Camaro will be too wide for that truck.
Never bought Fatman stuff but they have had some bad press in the past.
Don't like the MII geometry.
Find a shop that can do the work and install Jaguar XJ6 front and rear.
