Power steering for a solid axle set up
I have a very tired solid axle set up on my 48 Merc coupe (stock axle and spring). I plan on changing it out next year with Chassis Engineerings kit "Easy Rider Front End Kit" which replaces everthing but the old "arm strong" steering.
Does anyone know if there is a power steering box that I could bolt in for this set up?
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at power rack and pinion steering. It's a lot easier than you might think. I have a 1996 Safari van. Because of steering issues I swapped in a rack and pinion. It was an easy swap and I am very pleased with the results.

How about using a universal electric unit ? I just installed one in a midget race car . Easy to install
goes in the steering column . works very good . The only drawback is the price , about $1000 .

As a hobby I keep ten beehives. My queen bees are now getting older and slowing down, so I ordered ten more queens from an apiarist. They arrived, but there were eleven arrived in their containers....
