You'll have to download them from the memory cards to your computer. Some computers have a drive for various portable storage to read and transfer, or maybe your camera came with a USB cable to transfer the data. Or some printers have storage card readers and can transfer through the printer cable to your computer. You can then save to your hard drive, or to an online photo service. Once your pics are on either your hard drive or one of the photo services you can use the "manage attachments" feature in the "additional options" box. There you can either upload the picture from your hard drive, you may have to resize it so it doesn't overtake everyones screeen, or if you use an online photo service you can attach the URL link. It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
