53 plymouth subframe info needed

hi just bought a 53 plymouth that im wanting to v8 but i having trouble coming up with a sudframe that will work just wondering if anyone has done one of these that could give me some pointers thanks

Dave, glad someone else is working on the same project. Heres a link that shows the same job on a olds 88. What do you have in mind fer yer 53. I am working on a 54 Savoy. thanks richard and justin both replys have been a help. justin this is a 53 cranbrook most likely will go with a sbc engine maybe a mopar. as for the front end so far the s-10 is the front runner but im still uncertain on this as if it will even work im also wondering about a mustang 2 set up and maybe an s-10 rear end set up for the rear . stay intouch thanks again

hi dave ihave done several 51 52 53 ply, dodges using 79 to86 cutlass ,malibu, regal etc.with the 605 p. s. box only problems is in rad mounting ihave put s. b.c. & 340 mopar engines in them
