Well i was down at fleet maintance today ,and was talking to a mechanic buddy of mine, when i noticed the cop car he was servicing has a neat ifs system on it. I dont know if this setup is common on all crown vics ,or just the interceptor cars, what im talking about is a 1 piece front suspention that bolts to the frame rails, all aluminum, four bolts and the entire front comes out, rack & pinion & all, this seems like it would make an easy swap for older rods, does anybody know about this , if so what are the pro`s & cons of this setup?
