Question Frame for '37 Chevy Sedan???

Hi y'all! I'm new to all of this, and I'm thinking about trying to build a '37 Sedan Delivery or 2-door sedan. My first question is, where do I start as far as a frame goes? Is there a late-model frame that is close to what I would need? I'd like to stay on the less-expensive side, if possible... Thanks! BTW - the frame would have to handle the torque of a 383 stroker...
