Adjusting parallel 4 bar rear end question

    Fellas,

I'm a bit embarrassed and mixed up, looking for your ideas and input regarding pinion angle and 4 bar end adjustment-
I have a heavy duty Pete and Jake's 4 bar/Panhard under my Car, with a Deuce Factory Sway Bar and Alden coil overs.
Initially, I set the Pinion/Trans Angle (within 1 degree), and haven't had any problems, but last Fall I noticed a slight vibration under deceleration (I've put about 2500 miles on the Car)-
When I disassembled the bars, I found the Bushings shot (I guess I shouldn't be surprised given the horsepower it's making, and I've had some fun )-
So, here's the problem (and it's baffling me)-when I try to set the pinion angle, I'm running out of threads (screwing out) on the bottom rod ends, even with the top ones all the way screwed in-nothing looks bent/broken, I'm using a Digital Angle Finder and it just doesn't make sense-any ideas? I'm currently at 94,2 degrees at the Trans and 88.4 at the Pinion-

Agree, if you had it adjusted before then either your mount points on the frame or the differential housing have bent or broken loose. Did you replace all of the bushings?

Thanks for your input, guys-I did replace all of the Bushings ( they are all the same), and none of the mounts have moved (even the Paint isn't cracked around any of them)-
I've been thinking about it this afternoon, and while all of the bars look straight to my eye, I'm going to put a straight edge on them tomorrow to be sure-it's a head scratcher-thanks!
