Question about shock compression/rebound ratio
I have found conflicting information on my Comp. Engineering shock settings. My fronts are 3 way internally adjustable and rears are 12 way adjustable coilover.
One website says the first number (90/10) means extension and the second means compression. Also states on rear shocks it's the opposite.
Another site says on both it means extension/compression.
Another says it means compression/extension, which is what I thought it meant.
Is it different from front to rear, and what number is compression, what number is extension? I plan on drag racing so I want fast front end lift and no rear wheel spin or hop.
Thanks
