as long as you get your toe end set steve is really dont matter how you get there, it should drive ok. if you wont to center the steering wheel both sides will have to be moved the same. to give yourself a better idea as to what you need to do to center your steering wheel is by turning the wheel all the way to the left and then all the way to the right and then the center will be 1/2 of of the turns it took to get from lift to right, then look at the wheels and see where ea. one is pointing and that will tell you what you will have to do to keep your steering wheel stright if you wont to. if you dont care if the steering is centered then you dont need to worry about this.Originally posted by SgtSteve
I'll try to take a picture of my tie rods, like the saying a picture is worth a 1,000 words! The other option I have is cutting off about an inch and a half off the tie rod end and trying to thread the tie rod end a little higher towards the ball connector. Not sure if this can be done or not...but it's worth a shot if I cannot find the proper tie rod end. Wish that I had an original tie rod end off a 66 Nova to compare to.
