Airbag susp on a 55 buick..
Ok, i really wanted either Hydraulics or Airbags on my 55 roadmaster... but readint thru the Shop manual whilst performin my trans replacement, i came across somethat stipulates the trans torque tube assembly etc HAS to be kept at 45* angle....
ok so if i dump the car, the angle is gonna change, right??
now does that mean that i'll be riskin one of the drive train components??
DANG torque tube ideas...
ok, also, if i do bag the car, will the drivetrain asmbly. be ok if i jus dump the car once stationary(THATS NO FUN!!!!)..or will that too stress it all out??
someone on heres gotta be an air susp whizz...or someones gotta have done this...8TH ANNUAL RATFINK PARTY & KUSTOM KULTURE EXTRAVAGANZA - 21TH JULY LOS ANGELES COUNTY RACEWAY, PALMDALE CA.
on small cars yes. but fat fender cars are pretty much the same in size and weight as the donor car. i found s10 brakes work great on fat fender and pickups. a deuce will just need manual brakes...
Time for brakes
