Don---I am going to attempt to remove the internal lock that only lets you turn the key to start position when the shift lever is in park. I don't appear to have a steering wheel lock, but as I get deeper into the guts of this thing, if I see one I will dismantle it. Then I will remove the shift lever and rotate the sleeve so the opening is at the bottom.---will post pics.Old guy hot rodder
