Sorry their TedIII did not mean to hijack your post but when some one talks racing I get excited and lose time and what I was talking about but ass you can see gauges are a diffrents in a opinions I dont think any one right and no ones wrong It all come down to what you thinks right for you and your car :D
Thank for your opinions, I guess sometimes you have to try them out for yourself and see what works best for the car you are building.

Oil filled Mechanical is my choice, been using for years at work (towboats LOTS of vibrations) and in all my cars, kinda like the energizer bunny, keeps going, and going, and going, etc :3dSMILE:
I think oil fill gauges are cool, And they look great. A little pricey but I do like the best, when I can afford them. Good to known that they are durable.
I used mech gauges for yrs however, I now have gone to electric with the belief that they work equally well in a STREETROD & are easier to install. JMHO
