Headers?
I have a 1967 Chevy C-10 2wd truck witha SB. It has a bit of a sport rake on it so I won't be able to run standard length headers. I have the center cross member directly below the two center exhaust ports, so I won't be able to run block huggers that drop straight down. So I am going to have to run shorty headers or mid length headers. My question is; Patriot exhaust products has a mid length header called the clipster. They are designed for a 67-81 Camaro, 64-77 Chevelle, or a 68-79 Nova, they have 1 5/8" primaries and a 3 inch collector. Does anybody know if this type of header will fit on my truck? Or does anybody know of a type of header that will fit my specific application. Any help would be much appriciated. Here is the site to a picture of the clipster headers: http://www.pertronix.com/exhaust_products/clippster.htm
Thanks, Bobby.

Here's a link to the Sanderson site for the CS12 which might work for you depending on your firewall clearance; http://www.sandersonheaders.com/pagesbypartnum/cs12.htm
You might also look at their CC3. 15 degrees doesn't sound like much, but they're fairly high off the crossmember so some routing of the head pipe should do what you want.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
