Actually the "slow down" signal is yer left arm extended at a 45° angle and the "Stop" signal is a 90° bend at the elbow... IT don't really matter in NYState anyway.. They NOW will read ya the test questions on your drivin' test if ya Can't read english!!
You know whenever I'm out in the bucket or 53 Harley, and use hand signals I get strange looks from the younger drivers, I was thinking that hand signals probley weren't being taught anymore, or mabey not on the test.
