Picture of a frame graft
Here is a picture of a 1984 Buick Regal front suspension welded to a 1947-54 truck. The track is the same(it's 3" narrower than a early Camaro.Don Meyer, PhD-Mech Engr(48 GMC Trk/chopped/cab extended/caddy fins & a GM converted Rolls Royce Silver Shadow).
