safety of older parts use it or lose it
Tryin for the nastalgic look, solid fan that attaches to the water pump ,old 70 streetmaster intake from edelbrock,ram horns, real 1 s , meaning around 66,and the gm cast numbers are still on em ,not rusted away i mean.3 on the tree, 70s rims,gas tank in side the cab of the truck, oil pressure gauge that really has oil in it,would like to get fuel and water gauge with the liquids in side,anyway here it is .step dad and some of the older than me fellas have been sayin ""oh those old parts are gunna fly apart on u and break u should get new 1s,especially my solid fan .(which i like the most)none of these parts had been seting for 10 years or anything they were all in service proir to me gettin em. this is a driver not a strip truck although i may light em up and put on a smoke show now and then.?????? Well whata u guys here think about all this ?????thnx all ps Got a digital camera now ill be postin pics soon for all those who have helped me and are wonderin what it looks like!VRRROOOMMM
