Anyway, I actually did acquire a manual and made a lot of progress this afternoon. Pretty sure(not possitive) I can get it out without removing the A/C compressor! After removing all of the hoses and minor stuff out of the way, I am near positive that I can simply pry it at one corner and lift the whole thing straight out.
I'd like to take the 340 manifold I've got and get it weighed! I bet that joker is about 50-60 pounds. And the 360 heads are even heavier. I suprised the crap out of this really old Mopar guy when I lugged em off, one in each hand.
DON'T remove your A/C! As for the intake swap, yeah, two bolts hold it on and also run through the water pump and timing chain cover into the block
