cut off switch ? .....
What brand ( home made -- store bought - what ever ?) of" battery cut off switch" do you guys use ?
anything not $100.00 bucks out there that works and won't start a fire?
and what gauge wire to use?
Where did ya put yours " under the dash , the seat, where ?"
had a few ideas about diffrent switches I've seen ,but thought I'd ask ... don't want to sit my rides on fire.... :HMMM: :LOL: :(
And really getting tired of popping the hood and putting the cable on to start 'em . :rolleyes:
cables off because I don't drive 'em enough, not my wiring.

that switch shows it as a 20 amp continuous I hope they ment 200 amps?????? Ed ke6bnl

I use the flaming river battery disconnect switch, its not cheap but works great. Not sure of your car for mounting, I mounted mine in the back near my battery, since it's in the trunk. It's a stout switch never had it get even warm during cranking.
