Ok since you put me on the spot:
The NOS fuel pump is bad. Replace.
The cam lobe is wiped. Rebuild motor and trans. Else upgrade
Install electric pump with correct fuel pressure specs..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
