Also,he had a craftsman riding mower with no deck. For $10 he let me take the starter and coil. I'm thinking maybe to get the whole mower plus a dryer motor, and mount the motor in place of the engine, and one of the rear axles can drive it..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
