1940 Ford Coupe Front Fender Support

I just picked up a 1940 Ford Coupe streetrod/Pro Street and the front fenders shake from the hot cam in the engine. Does anyone have a picture of the front fender support rods and where they mount? I assume they must be missing on the front fenders. Thanks!
