Thread: Tire conversion question, 345/50 to a standard size.

Looks like the spring will bring the need for tires. The previous owner has a 345/50/15 on the truck, I'm not real sure how to convert it. I do not want to go any wider I know this much. Any help is appreciated.

If you want to use a tire that will keep your speedo and final drive ratio correct, jack up the back of your T and using a fiberglass or cloth tape, measure the circumference of the tire that's on the car now. Replacement tires should be the same circumference when inflated to run pressure.

Come to think about it, I still have a couple stagger tapes in the tool box!!!!
